Who is Michelle Andrishak?
Let me introduce myself!
Thrilled to be recognized by online magazine Thrive Daily as one of Alberta’s 13 most inspiring female entrepreneurs, I’m passionate about empowering women in business to increase productivity, profitability, and joy in their entrepreneurial journey.
And I’m excited to be able to take this passion worldwide with our amazing online WOW! Women In Business community!
I’m an International Business Consultant, Award-winning, Certified Business Coach, professional public speaker, and entrepreneurial trainer. I hold a Bachelor of Business with a double major in accounting and marketing.
But as a lifelong learner, I haven’t stopped there! I am proud to hold a Certified Management Consultant Designation (CMC Canada). I am dedicated to constantly up-leveling my skillset.
My 25+ year career and entrepreneurial journey have taken me from sitting in the CFO seat for a financial institution, developing successful “side hustle” home-based businesses in the arenas of importing, retail sales, property management, and communications consulting.
I’ve leaped into writing, copy-writing, and sitting in the seat of an advertising consultant for a newspaper, to offering business advisory and training services with a provincial government organization.
My business-building journey has taken me to international stages as a professional public speaker and entrepreneurial trainer and now engages me in my own business consulting/coaching and business owner training firm.
But above all, I am privileged to be a wife, mother of two adult daughters, and dog-mom to the best Goldendoodle out there, Buddy! We live an active life in the beautiful Canadian Rockies, though my accent will give away that I am also very proud to be Australian.
Growing my business, and working with women like you, has been one of the most rewarding adventures in my life. I get the entrepreneurial roller coaster – the highs and lows of being a woman in business, and I am here to support you through it all.
It has also been my pleasure to be part of helping others grow profitable and sustainable businesses in my local community. I’m humbled to have been recognized for my work with the following awards:
- The Rocky Mountain House Chamber of Commerce – Customer Service Excellence Award (2015)
- The Red Deer & District Community Foundation’s Woman of Excellence Award – business and professions category (2016)
- The Canadian Business Chicks Woman of Inspiration Award – Boss Chick Mentor category (2017)
- Alberta Women Entrepreneurs Award Nominee (2019)
If you’re ready to gain clarity and maximize your own productivity and profits, take advantage of my 30-minute Business Breakthrough session. Let my experience and education help you figure out your first – or next – steps. I’d love to work with you

I run my own business where I lead workshops, retreats, yoga classes, dynamic groups, and courses.
Erinne Allen WOW! Chapter Leader for Grand Forks, British Columbia Canada
Hi my name is Erinne Allen, I am so excited to be the first Chapter Leader for
WOW! International Women In Business in British Columbia. I own an event planning company called “Who’s Your Planner?” www.whosyourplanner.com
As my children were growing, and when I found a little time for myself, I
started looking for a way to take what I loved to do to the next level. I became
a Certified Wedding Planner through The Wedding Planners Institute of
Canada, which is recognized all over the world. A couple of years later I did my Destination Wedding Planners Certificate.
I created “Who’s Your Planner?” and I have been putting on events for almost fifteen years. In April 2019 I was hired for a two-year contract as the Events Manager for the City of Grand Forks BC. Since my arrival, I have put many events together for the community. I am so excited to share my passion as a woman in business with my peers in the area through WOW! events and more!
